SmarterFlow runs on Google Cloud, Firebase, and Vercel — providers that maintain SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications for the infrastructure your data lives on.
AI Interaction Logging
Every AI phone and chat interaction is logged — caller, transcript, actions taken, and timestamp — giving you a clear, reviewable audit trail of what the assistant did.
Credential & Secret Hygiene
API keys and credentials are held in secured configuration, rotated when needed, and guarded by automated checks that keep secrets out of our codebase.

Our AI systems — the phone agents, secretaries, and assistants built into SmarterFlow — are designed following the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, the two leading references for building AI that behaves safely and predictably.
In practice that means the assistant works from your approved information, its actions are scoped and logged, and every AI conversation leaves a reviewable record. We treat the AI as part of your operations, held to the same standard as the rest of the platform.
